Giselle Journigan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has more than a decade of experience in the surgical field, working closely with operative and post-operative patients. She joined the Advanced GYN Solutions team in 2022 after working as a surgical nurse at New Hanover Regional Medical Center (now Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center).
Giselle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing to become a certified FNP.
Passionate about women’s health, Giselle strives to promote overall wellness while providing compassionate care for women, from adolescence through menopause.
Away from work, Giselle enjoys traveling, reading and spending time outdoors with her husband, Sterling, and son, Jay, preferably at the beach or on the water.
